Where an organization’s work is done and read: the rounds it has run, what each one found, and the plan that came out of it. Consultants open the clients they hold an arrangement with; an organization’s own people open their own.
Signing in does not give you access to anything. Somebody already at your organization invites you, and accepting the invitation is what puts you on its staff.
Each client owns its own record. What you gather stays theirs, the arrangement that lets you reach it can be ended by them, and everything you do through it is recorded against the grant that allowed it.
